Criminal Laws

Oh my good!, capital punishment never is a good solution, because this laws not reduce the crime and always are very injust for the family prisoner. Also there is not stadistics that check that with capital punishment are lower crimes rates.
I think to reduce criminality, the laws must focus in the people before committed a crime not after, also must exist good programs for the treatment of criminals like rehabilition centers and good programs employability.

There are many people who supports capital punishment because they said that the laws have to punish the criminals and they have to go to the jail all his live.
In my opinion the causes of criminality are the inequality in money and oportunities for the people, also the poverty and unemployment .
In my experience i have been a victim of a crime, because a few years ago, when i come back to my home at 9.30 pm, I was walking with my boyfriend and suddenly four guys in a car attacked us with two guns, they stolen of us everything and then they go to the car and left. I was very scared, after when i came to my home mi mother called the policeman and they go to my house, I can’t stop crying because i was still with a lot of fear. The police man was really kind, but he said to me “is nothing to do”, a few months later the PDI was called to me for if i wanted to do a demand, but after a time i bored and i never know what is happened.

What to do / where to go in Santiago

All my life I live in Santiago of Chile, so i know it very well. For a tourist who come to Santiago the places that he or she must visit are the historic center of santiago like Yungay, Lastarria, the Armas Square. Also they can visit the "cerro san cristobal" , in this mountain there is a zoo and a beautiful japones park.

In the travel the foreigner tourist must do a typical things in Santiago of Chile, like a travel in the teleférico in the "cerro san cristobal", also can goes to the santa lucia to buy crafts, drink a coffee in the lastarria street. Also a tourist can drink a “terremoto” in a typical place called “la piojera”.

Now, if a friend ask me, which are the top five places in Santiago i have to include the central market where are the best places to eat a “paila marina” and “ceviche”, the second place are the "cerro san cristobal" where after to go to the teleferic or the parks, you can go to drink or eat in “Bellavista”, the third place are Lastarria, the fourth are the piojera and the last one is the the Forestal park where all the weekend there are music and people who buy clothes and its very entertained.

Now if the foreigner tourist want to go to the around of Santiago, the tourist must go to “cajón del maipo”, here he or she can find a beatiful river and a lot of places to stay and camp in the night, a few kilometres there is a natural monument “El morado”, is a beatiful glacier and near there is termal baths called “baños morales”.
